New update (23.1.A.1.28) certified for Xperia Z2 and Z2 Tablet

A new firmware update has been certified by the PTCRB for the Sony Xperia Z2 (D6503) and Xperia Z2 Tablet (SGP521). Build version 23.1.A.1.28 has been certified, which compares the current build of 23.1.A.0.740. This could mean a reasonable update moving the build template from 23.1.A.0 to 23.1.A.1.
