The first new firmware update has been certified for Sony’s latest flagship devices, the Xperia Z3+ (E6553) and Xperia Z4 Tablet (SGP771). The new certification from the PTCRB has build number 28.0.A.7.24, which compares to the current firmware on these devices with version 28.0.A.6.8. Sony is due to bring an update for these devices to help with the overheating issues according to reports, but we can’t be sure whether this is due with this latest update.
